The Exchange’ and ‘Pendergardens’
The Malta Environment and Plan Authority has issued the final development permits for the next phases of both developments. The Project is split into two developments, one mostly residential that of ‘Pendergardens’ and the other solely commercial and Retail -The Exchange as it is branded. This is the commercial development and includes a key anchor tenant, FIMBank, which boasts over 7,000 sqm of office space. This is due to be completed by early next 2012.
The final development permit includes the renovation of Mercury House, which will act as the main foyer to ‘The Exchange’, including a number of meeting rooms and two towers. This will also be complemented by retail and leisure outlets, and two piazzas.
